MAXIMUM PRICES (MILK) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1988.

I, MICHAEL O'KENNEDY, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 22A and 22C (inserted by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965)) of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), as amended by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1972 (No. 20 of 1972), the Prices Stabilisation Order, 1973( S.I. No. 96 of 1973 ), the Prices Acts, 1958 to 1972 (Retail Prices of Milk) (Transfer of Functions) Order, 1986 ( S.I. No. 281 of 1986 ) (as adapted by the Agriculture (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1987 ( S.I. No. 97 of 1987 )), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Milk) (Revocation) Order, 1988.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of December, 1988.

3. The Maximum Prices (Milk) Order, 1988 ( S.I. No. 116 of 1988 ) is hereby revoked.
