RINGASKIDDY FREE PORT (VARIATION OF LIMITS) ORDER, 1989.

RINGASKIDDY FREE PORT (VARIATION OF LIMITS) ORDER, 1989.

I, JOHN P. WILSON, Minister for the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Free Ports Act, 1986 (No. 6 of 1986), and the Communications (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1987 ( S.I. No. 91 of 1987 ), and with the consent of the Minister for Finance and the Minister for Industry and Commerce hereby order as follows:--

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Ringaskiddy Free Port (Variation of Limits) Order, 1989.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of August, 1989.

2. The Ringaskiddy Free Port (Establishment) Order, 1988 ( S.I. No. 113 of 1988 ), is hereby amended--

( a ) by the substitution in Article 2 of the following paragraph for paragraph (2):

"(2) The free port comprises so much of those lands as are--

( a ) situate in the townlands of Raffeen, Shanbally, Raheens, Ballintaggart, Ballybricken, Raheens East, Barnahelly, Ringaskiddy and all that land adjacent to the townland of Ringaskiddy which is reclaimed foreshore, in the Barony of Kerrycurrihy and County of Cork, and

( b ) within the inner margin of the black lines (excluding, in the case of the townland of Ringaskiddy, the land within the inner margins of the inner black line) and coloured yellow on the map set out in the First Part of the Schedule to this Order, and

part whereof is more particularly shown within the inner margins of the black lines and hatched in black on the plan set out in the Second Part of the said Schedule.", and

( b ) by the substitution of the following Part for the First Part of the Schedule:

"FIRST PART
