FOWL PEST (INFECTED AREA) ORDER, 1989.

FOWL PEST (INFECTED AREA) ORDER, 1989.

I, MICHAEL O'KENNEDY, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 11 of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Fowl Pest (Infected Area) Order, 1989.

2. The area specified in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a fowl pest infected area for the purposes of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ).

SCHEDULE

That area of County Monaghan bounded by but excluding the R179 road from Cullaville to Carrickmacross, the R180 road from Carrickmacross to Ballybay, the R184 road from Ballybay to Clontibret and the road from Clontibret to Keady.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 6th day of October, 1989.
