FOWL PEST (INFECTED AREA) ORDER, 1990 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1990.

I, MICHAEL O'KENNEDY, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 11 of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Fowl Pest (Infected Area) Order, 1990 (Revocation) Order, 1990.

2. The Fowl Pest (Infected Area) Order, 1990 ( S.I. No. 233 of 1990 ), is hereby revoked.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 24th day of October, 1990.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order revokes and removes the restrictions imposed by the Fowl Pest (Infected Area) Order, 1990.
