The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 6 (2) of the Urban Renewal Act, 1986 (No. 19 of 1986), hereby orders as follows: |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Renewal Act, 1986 (Designated Areas) (No. 2) Order, 1990. |
||
2. Each of the areas described in Part II of the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a designated area for the purposes of the Urban Renewal Act, 1986 . |

"thoroughfare" includes any avenue, bridge, channel, court, fence, hill, gate, lane, laneway, mall, market, park, place, quay, river, road, roadway, row, square, street, terrace, track, wall and way; |
