S.I. No. 177/1995:

HERITAGE ACT, 1995 (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER, 1995.

HERITAGE ACT, 1995 (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER, 1995.

I, MICHAEL D. HIGGINS, T.D., Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 (1) of the Heritage Act, 1995 (No. 4 of 1995), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Heritage Act, 1995 (Establishment Day) Order, 1995.

2. The 10th day of July, 1995, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Heritage Council shall stand established.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 5th day of July, 1995.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints the 10th day of July, 1995, as the day on which the Heritage Council shall be established.
