		S.I. No. 153/1996: IRISH STEEL LIMITED ACT, 1996 (SECTION 9) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1996.
		IRISH STEEL LIMITED ACT, 1996 (SECTION 9) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1996.
		I, RICHARD BRUTON T.D., Minister for Enterprise and Employment, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 9 (2) of the Irish Steel Limited Act, 1996 (No. 8 of 1996), hereby order as follows:
		1. This Order may be cited as the Irish Steel Limited Act, 1996 (Section 9) (Commencement) Order, 1996.
		2. The 30th day of May 1996 is hereby appointed as the day on which section 9 of the Irish Steel Limited Act, 1996 (No. 8 of 1996), shall come into operation.
