S.I. No. 29/1997:

PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS (FORMS) REGULATIONS, 1997.

The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Presidential Elections Act, 1993 (No. 28 of 1993) hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Presidential Elections (Forms) Regulations, 1997.

2. Each of the forms set out in the Schedule hereto shall be the prescribed form for the purpose for which such form is expressed to be applicable.
