		S.I. No. 339/1997: ORDER entitled PUBLIC SERVICE MANAGEMENT ACT, 1997 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1997
		ORDER entitled PUBLIC SERVICE MANAGEMENT ACT, 1997 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1997
		I, Charlie McCreevy, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 14 (2) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:
		1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service Management Act, 1997 (Commencement) Order, 1997.
		2. The 1st day of September, 1997, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Public Service Management Act, 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), shall come into operation.
