		AIR NAVIGATION AND TRANSPORT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1998 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1998
		I, Mary O'Rourke. T.D. Minister for Public Enterprise, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment) Act, 1998 (No. 24 of 1998), hereby order as follows:
		1. This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment) Act, 1998 (Commencement) Order, 1998.
		2. The 11th day of September, 1998 is hereby appointed as the day on which the Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment) Act, 1998 (No. 24 of 1998), shall come into operation.
