		I, IVAN YATES, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 54(6) of the Irish Horseracing Industry Act, 1994 (No. 18 of 1994) , hereby order as follows:
		1. This order may be cited as the Irish Horseracing Industry Act, 1994 (Section 54(1)(b)(ii)) (Commencement) Order, 1995.
		2. The 28th day of October, 1995, is hereby appointed as the day on which section 54(1)(b)(ii) of the Irish Horseracing Industry Act, 1994 (No. 18 of 1994) , shall come into operation.
