SEA POLLUTION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1999, (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1999.

I, MICHAEL WOODS, Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 19(3) of the Sea Pollution (Amendment) Act, 1999 (No. 18 of 1999) , hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Sea Pollution (Amendment) Act, 1999 , (Commencement) Order, 1999.

2. The 1st day of September, 1999 is hereby appointed as the day on which the Sea Pollution (Amendment) Act, 1999 (No. 18 of 1999) , shall come into operation.
