FINANCE ACT 1993 (SECTION 60) REGULATIONS, 1999

The Minister for the Environment and Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 58(1) and 60(3) of the Finance Act, 1993 (No. 13 of 1993) hereby makes the following Regulations:--

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Finance Act, 1993 (Section 60) Regulations, 1999.

(2) The persons listed in the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby prescribed for the purposes of section 60(3) of the Finance Act, 1993 .

2. The Finance Act 1993 (Section 60) Regulations, 1996 ( S.I. No. 338 of 1996 ) are hereby revoked.

Local authorities and all persons contracted to them to provide computer bureaux facilities for the purposes of the Local Authorities (Traffic Wardens) Act, 1975 (No. 14 of 1975)

National Car Testing Service having the meaning assigned to it by Article 2 (1) of the Road Traffic (Car Testing) Regulations, 1998 ( S.I. No. 481 of 1998 ).

These Regulations prescribe the persons who may have access to records established under section 60 of the Finance Act, 1993 .
