IRISH MEDICINES BOARD (FEES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2000

I, MICHEÁL MARTIN, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 13 of the Irish Medicines Board Act, 1995 ( No. 29 of 1995 ), as adapted by the Health (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1997, ( S.I. No. 308 of 1997 ) hereby make the following Regulations:--

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Irish Medicines Board (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2000.

2. The Schedule to the Irish Medicines Board (Fees) Regulations, 1996 ( S.I. No. 44 of 1996 ), insofar as it relates to the item headed “Maintenance of product authorisation”, is hereby amended to read as follows:

“Maintenance of product authorisation

First strength in each form

--

annual fee

£200.00

Each additional strength

--

annual fee

£200.00”

3. These Regulations shall come into force on the 1st August, 2000.
