		WILDLIFE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2000 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2001
		I, Síle de Valera, Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Wildlife (Amendment) Act, 2000 ( No. 38 of 2000 ), order as follows:
		1.       This Order may be cited as the Wildlife (Amendment) Act, 2000 (Commencement) Order, 2001.
		2.       The 12th day of March, 2001, is fixed as the day on which sections 3 and 46 of the Wildlife (Amendment) Act, 2000 , shall come into operation.
