Appointment of Special Adviser (Education and Science) Order, 2001

WHEREAS the Minister for Education and Science has made a request to the Government under section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 (No. 27 of 1997) :

NOW, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 , and pursuant to that request hereby order as follows:

1.       This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Education and Science) Order, 2001

2.       Mr. Simon Fuilam of 20 The Close, Sallins Park, Sallins, County Kildare is appointed to be Special Adviser to the Minister for Education and Science with effect from 18 December 2001.
