		Civil Defence Act 2002 (Commencement and Establishment Day) Order 2003

		I, _____________, Minister for Defence, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 1(3) and 6 of the Civil Defence Act 2002 ( No. 16 of 2002 ), hereby order as follows:
		1.   This Order may be cited as the Civil Defence Act 2002 (Commencement and Establishment Day) Order 2003.
		2.   The ___ day of __________ 2003 is appointed as--
		(a)          the day on which so much of the Civil Defence Act 2002 ( No. 16 of 2002 ) as is not in operation immediately before the making of this Order comes into operation, and
		(b)          the establishment day for the purposes of that Act.
