Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism) Order, 2006

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism, and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1.       This Order may be cited as the Appointment of a Special Adviser (Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism) Order 2006.

2.       Mr. Dan Collins, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Arts, Sport and Tourism, 23 Kildare Street, Dublin 2 on 11 May 2006, is appointed as Special Adviser to Mr. John O-�Donoghue, Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism, with affect from 16 May 2006.
