		ORDER

		Public Service Management Act 1997 (Section 1) (Revenue Commissioners) Order 2006.
		To be made by the Government
		The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 1 of the Public Service Management 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1.      This Order may be cited as the Public Service Management Act 1997 (Section 1) (Revenue Commissioners) Order 2006. 2.      Such person as from time to time stands duly appointed to act as the Chairman of the Revenue Commissioners is designated to be the Head of the Office of the Revenue Commissioners for the purposes of the Public Service Management Act 1997 .
