I, Mary Coughlan, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 20 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act 1994 (No. 25 of 1994) hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Milk Agency (Election Day) Regulations, 2006. 2. The 31st day of October 2006 is prescribed as an election day for producer members of the National Milk Agency. |
