The Government, on the request of the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs) Order 2007. |
||
|
2. Mr. P�draic � hUiginn, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, 43/49 Mespil Road, Dublin 4 on 15 June 2007, is appointed as Special Adviser to the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs with effect from 15 June 2007. |
