The Government, on the request of the Minister for Health and Children and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children) (No. 2) Order 2007. |
||
|
2. Mr. Sean Fitzpatrick, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Health and Children, Hawkins House, Dublin 2 on 11 July 2007, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Mr. Jimmy Devins, Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children, with effect from 11 July 2007. |
