		CHEMICALS ACT 2008 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2008
		Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in
		“Iris Oifigiúil” of 18th July, 2008.
		I, MARY COUGHLAN, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(2) of the Chemicals Act 2008 (No. 13 of 2008), hereby order as follows:
		1. This Order may be cited as the Chemicals Act 2008 (Commencement) Order 2008.
		2. The 15 day of July 2008 is appointed as the day on which the Chemicals Act 2008 (No. 13 of 2008) comes into operation.
