I, MARY HARNEY, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Nursing Homes Support Scheme Act 2009 (No. 15 of 2009), hereby order as follows: |

|
1. This Order may be cited as the Nursing Homes Support Scheme Act 2009 (Commencement) (Specified Forms) Order 2009. |
||
|
2. In this Order "Act of 2009" means the Nursing Homes Support Scheme Act 2009 (No. 15 of 2009). |
||
|
3. The 28th day of September 2009 is appointed as the day on which section 44 of the Act of 2009 comes into operation. |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE |

The effect of this Order is to commence section 44 of the Nursing Homes Support Scheme Act 2009 to enable the HSE to specify forms required under the scheme. The Nursing Homes Support Scheme is a scheme of financial support for people in need of long-term residential care. |
