I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 of the National Asset Management Agency Act 2009 (No. 34 of 2009), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the National Asset Management Agency Act 2009 (Establishment Day) Order 2009. |
||
|
Establishment day. |
||
|
2. I appoint 21 December 2009 as the establishment day for the purposes of the National Asset Management Agency Act 2009 . |
