I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 10(2) of the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (No. 2) Act 2009 (No. 41 of 2009), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (No. 2) Act 2009 (Commencement) Order 2009. |
||
|
2. I appoint 21st December 2009 as the day upon which the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (No. 2) Act 2009 (No. 41 of 2009) shall come into operation. |
||
