		Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in
		"Iris Oifigiúil" of 28th May, 2010.
		I, MARY COUGHLAN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6(3) of the George Mitchell Scholarship Fund (Amendment) Act 2010 (No. 3 of 2010) (adapted by the Education and Science (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2010 ( S.I. No. 184 of 2010 )), hereby order as follows:
		1. This Order may be cited as the George Mitchell Scholarship Fund (Amendment) Act 2010 (Commencement) Order 2010.
		2. The 1st day of June 2010 is appointed as the day on which the George Mitchell Scholarship Fund (Amendment) Act 2010 (No. 3 of 2010) shall come into operation.
