The Government, on the request of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Innovation and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Innovation) Order 2010. |
||
|
2. Bernard Mallee and Deirdre McDonnell, particulars of whose addresses were deposited at the offices of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Innovation, 23 Kildare Street, Dublin 2, on 23 March 2010, are appointed to be Special Advisers to the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Innovation with effect from 23 March 2010. |
