I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 21(1) of the Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act 1993 (No. 8 of 1993), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act 1993 (Section 21(1)) Order 2010. |
||
|
2. The Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act 1993 is amended- |
||
|
(a) in the First Schedule, by inserting "Dublin Docklands Development Authority" after "Defence Forces Canteen Board", and |
||
|
(b) in the Second Schedule, by deleting "Custom House Docks Development Authority". |
||
|
|
||
