I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the section 3 of the sections 3 (a) and 3 (c) of the Petroleum (Exploration and Extraction) Safety Act, 2010 and the following provisions of section 3 (d) of the Petroleum (Exploration and Extraction) Safety Act, 2010 inserted by Part IIA of the Electricity Regulation Act, 1999 i.e. sections 13A to 13C, 13G, 13H and 13K for the purpose of assigning responsibility for the regulation of upstream petroleum activities with respect to safety to the Commission for Energy Regulation. |
