I, BATT O'KEEFFE, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Innovation in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13(4) of the Chemicals (Amendment) Act 2010 (No. 32 of 2010) hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Chemicals (Amendment) Act 2010 (Commencement) Order 2010. |
||
|
2. The 10th day of December 2010 is appointed as the day on which the Chemicals (Amendment) Act 2010 (No. 32 of 2010) comes into operation. |
||
