I, JAMES REILLY, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (6) of the Child Care (Amendment) Act 2011 (No. 19 of 2011), hereby order as follows: |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Child Care (Amendment) Act 2011 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2011. |
||
2. The 30 day of September 2011 is appointed as the day on which sections 4 and 26 of the Child Care (Amendment) Act 2011 (No. 19 of 2011) shall come into operation. |

Commencement of Sections 4 and 26 of the Child Care (Amendment) Act 2011 |
||
-� Section 4 of the Section 3 (4) of the Child Care Act 1991 as that provision was not required in that Act following the establishment of the Department of Children and Youth Affairs. |

-� Section 26 amends Section 69 of the Child Care Act 1991 to include any services and children's residential facilities provided under the Child Care Act by persons taking care of a child on behalf of the Health Service Executive. |
