I, ALAN SHATTER, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (10) of the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011 (No. 23 of 2011) hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011 (Sections 6 and 12) (Commencement) Order 2012. |
||
|
2. The 10 May 2012 is appointed as the day on which sections 6 and 12 of the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2012 come into operation. |
||
