I, MICHAEL NOONAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 11 (2) of the Fiscal Responsibility Act 2012 (No. 39 of 2012), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Fiscal Responsibility Act 2012 (Commencement) Order 2012. |
||
|
2. The 31st day of December 2012 is appointed as the day on which the Fiscal Responsibility Act 2012 (No. 39 of 2012) shall come into operation. |
||
