I, PAT RABBITTE, Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 44D (inserted by section 3 of the Energy (Biofuel Obligation and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2010 (No. 11 of 2010)) of the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (No. 7 of 2007), hereby order as follows: |

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Biofuel Obligation Rate) Order 2012. |
||
|
(2) This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2013. |
||
|
2. The percentage rate referred to in section 44C(3)(b) of the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (No. 7 of 2007) shall be 6.383 per cent. |
||
