I, ALAN SHATTER, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Personal Insolvency Act 2012 (No. 44 of 2012), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Personal Insolvency Act 2012 (Establishment Day) Order 2013. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of March 2013 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Personal Insolvency Act 2012 (No. 44 of 2012). |
||
