The Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 (2) of the Personal Insolvency Act 2012 (No. 44 of 2012), hereby orders as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Personal Insolvency Act 2012 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2013. |
||
|
2. The 31st day of July 2013 is fixed as the day on which the following provisions of the Personal Insolvency Act 2012 (No. 44 of 2012) shall come into operation: |
||
|
(a) section 13; |
||
|
(b) sections 26 to 46; |
||
|
(c) sections 48 to 125. |
||
|

||
