I, MICHAEL NOONAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 (No. 23 of 2010), hereby order as follows: |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2013. |
||
2. The day of the making of this Order is appointed as the day on which item 39 (in so far as it inserts section 32B into the Central Bank Act 1942 (No. 22 of 1942)) of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 (No. 23 of 2010) comes into operation. |

(This note is not part of the Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation.) |

The only provision of the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 (No. 23 of 2010) that has yet to be commenced is Item 39 of Part 1 of Schedule 1 thereof insofar as it inserts a new section 32B into the Central Bank Act 1942 (No. 22 of 1942). The day of the making of this order is the day on which the said provision shall come into operation. |
