The Government, on the request of the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Environment, Community and Local Government (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2013. |
||
|
2. The powers and duties of the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government conferred on him by or under the Housing (Amendment) Act 2013 (No. 22 of 2013) are delegated to Jan O’Sullivan, Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government. |
||
