I, SIMON COVENEY, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), for the purpose of giving full effect to Commission Regulation (EU) No 500/2013 of 30 May 20131 , Commission Regulation (EU) No 668/2013 of 12 July 20132 , Commission Regulation (EU) No 772/2013 of 8 August 20133 , Commission Regulation (EU) No 777/2013 of 12 August 20134 , Commission Regulation (EU) No 834/2013 of 30 August 20135 , Commission Regulation (EU) No 1004/2013 of 15 October 20136 and Commission Regulation (EU) No 1138/2013 of 8 November 20137 , hereby make the following regulations: |

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2013. |
||
|
2. The European Communities (Pesticide Residues) Regulations 2008 ( S.I. No.565 of 2008 ) are amended in Regulation 2(1) by substituting for the definition of "Pesticide MRL Regulation", (inserted by the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 ( S.I. No.179 of 2013 )), the following- |
