I, PHIL HOGAN, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 (1) of the Pyrite Resolution Act 2013 (No. 51 of 2013), hereby order as follows: |

|
1. This Order may be cited as the Pyrite Resolution Act 2013 (Establishment Day) Order 2014. |
||
|
2. The 10th day of January 2014 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Pyrite Resolution Act 2013 (No. 51 of 2013). |
||
|
