I, HEATHER HUMPHREYS, Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 27 of the National Monuments (Amendment) Act 1987 (No. 17 of 1987) and the Heritage (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 192 of 2011 ) (as adapted by the Tourism, Culture and Sport (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 220 of 2011 )), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the National Monuments (Amendment) Act 1987 (Commencement of Certain Repeals) Order 2015. |
||
|
2. The day fixed as the day on which section 26 of the National Monuments (Amendment) Act 1987 (No. 17 of 1987), in so far as it repeals section 21 of the National Monuments Act 1930 (No. 2 of 1930) and section 15 of the National Monuments (Amendment) Act 1954 (No. 37 of 1954), comes into operation is 1 June 2015. |
