I, MICHAEL NOONAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 31 (3) of the Finance (No. 2) Act 2013 (No. 41 of 2013), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Finance (No. 2) Act 2013 (Section 31 (2)) (Commencement) Order 2015. |
||
|
2. The 5th day of May 2015 is appointed as the day on which section 31 (2) of the Finance (No. 2) Act 2013 (No. 41 of 2013) shall come into operation. |
||
