I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 of Roads Act 2015 (No.14 of 2015), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Roads Act 2015 (Railway Procurement Agency Dissolution Day) Order 2015. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of August 2015 is appointed to be the dissolution day for the purposes of the Roads Act 2015 (No. 14 of 2015). |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE |
||
|
(This note is not part of the Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation.) |

|
The purpose of this Order is to designate the 1st day of August, 2015, as the RPA “Dissolution Day” for the purposes of Roads Act 2015, which provides for the dissolution of the Railway Procurement Agency and for the transfer of functions, rights, liabilities, staff etc., of the dissolved body to the National Roads Authority. |
