Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, FRANCES FITZGERALD, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 (2) of the Criminal Justice (Burglary of Dwellings) Act 2015 (No. 56 of 2015), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Burglary of Dwellings) Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2016. | ||
2. The 17th day of January 2016 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal Justice (Burglary of Dwellings) Act 2015 (No. 56 of 2015) shall come into operation. | ||
