Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, MICHAEL NOONAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Finance (Tax Appeals) Act 2015 (No.59 of 2015), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Finance (Tax Appeals) Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2016. | ||
2. The 21st day of March 2016 is appointed as the day on which the Finance (Tax Appeals) Act 2015 (No. 59 of 2015) comes into operation. | ||
