I, SIMON COVENEY, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 21 (2) of the Horse Racing Ireland Act 2016 (No. 2 of 2016), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Horse Racing Ireland Act 2016 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2016. | ||
2. The day appointed as the day on which sections 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 6 , 7 , 9 , 10 , 13 , 17 , 19 , 20 and 21 of the Horse Racing Ireland Act 2016 (No. 2 of 2016) come into operation is 9 March 2016. | ||
