Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 4 and 6 (2) of the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (No. 5 of 2015), and having had regard to the matters specified in section 6(3) of that Act, hereby make the following regulations: | ||
1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (Designated Public Officials) Regulations 2016. | ||
(2) These Regulations come into operation on 1 September 2016. | ||
2. A public servant in Cork County Council, in a position of Divisional Manager, is prescribed as a designated public official for the purposes of section 6 (1)(f) of the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (No. 5 of 2015). | ||
