Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, SIMON COVENEY, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 5 (1) of the Electoral Act 1997 (No. 25 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This order may be cited as the Constituency Commission (Establishment) Order 2016. | ||
2. A Constituency Commission is hereby established to perform the function assigned to it by Part II of the Electoral Act 1997 . | ||
