Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 2nd August, 2016. | ||
The Government, on the request of the Tanaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Tanaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality) Order 2016. | ||
2. The persons mentioned in the Schedule, particulars of whose addresses have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Justice and Equality, are appointed to be Special Advisers to the Tanaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality with effect from the date opposite mention of each person. | ||
